Office and Administration Manager

We specialize in Agile and DevOps-based software development. From the analysis stage through implementation. We develop backend, frontend, and mobile applications.
 
Currently, we are looking for:
 

Office and Administration Manager 
Warsaw: Mokotow
 
 
KEY OBJECTIVES:
  • Effective administration and office management
  • Optimizing costs and administrative processes
  • Taking care of settlements with contractors
  • Taking care of the positive image of the company
 
Tasks:
  • Planning, organizing and controlling administrative processes
  • Cooperation with the accounting office, including preparation of settlements and statements, supervision of commissioned matters
  • Cooperation with a law firm, including supervision of commissioned cases
  • Responsibility for the circulation and archiving of documents
  • Planning and control of office operating costs
  • Ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the entire office
  • Supporting the company's management in daily duties
  • Taking care of the company's image
 
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in the position of Office Manager / Administration Manager / Assistant to the Management Board
  • Perfect organization of work
  • Accuracy and diligence in the performance of duties
  • Ability to solve problems and make the right decisions
  • Very good knowledge of accounting and finance issues
  • Knowledge of English at the level of min. C1 in speech and writing
  • Fluency in the Polish language
  • Very good knowledge of Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
  • University degree in business, administration, economy or law
  • Effective management of cooperation with service providers
  • General knowledge - business and independence in action

  • Professional experience in working for companies from the IT industry
